Johan is a proud resident of the City of Hawthorne and broker-owner of Pacific Properties Realty Group, a real estate boutique located in the South Bay community of Hawthorne. A past collegiate track & field athlete and 5k California State Championship qualifier, Johan is known to many as "The Running Real Estate Agent." He draws on the extraordinary self-discipline and commitment to hard work he developed as an athlete to bring energy and a competitive edge to his real estate practice.

John is a local product of Hawthorne High School (class of 1996) and El Camino College, Torrance. He obtained a Business Administration degree from Cal State Dominguez Hills University with a concentration in finance. 

He says, “Switching my focus to real estate sales was the best decision I ever made! It allowed me to merge my customer service, negotiating and marketing skills to provide my clients the service they deserve.”
