The South Bay has quietly become L.A.’s pro-sports backyard.
The LA Sparks recently announced plans for a state-of-the-art training facility in El Segundo, joining a stacked lineup that already includes the L.A. Kings and South Bay Lakers practice centers.
The LA Clippers opened their new Intuit Dome in Inglewood, right next to SoFi Stadium, home to the Rams and Chargers.
With all this momentum, the neighborhoods around these venues are drawing new attention from buyers and investors who want to live near the action or just enjoy the improved infrastructure and amenities that follow.

Coaching & Community: Building More Than Teams
When I’m not showing homes, you’ll usually find me on the field or the trail at St. Catherine Laboure School in North Torrance.
Over the past five years, I’ve:
- Helped launch our cross-country program, now earning recognition across the CYO league.
- Coached our girls’ soccer team to a CYO Navy Division Championship (banner and all ).
- Currently serve as defensive coordinator for our football team, gearing up for a showdown with American Martyrs School (Manhattan Beach) for the South Bay League title.
Watching our student athletes grow on and off the field reminds me why I love what I do. Coaching, like real estate, is about discipline, vision, and helping people reach their goals.
Game Plan for Buyers & Sellers
Pace Yourself – Get pre-approved and study comps before making your first move.
Know Your Field – Each neighborhood has its rhythm; data beats hype every time.
Play as a Team – Lender, escrow, agent—all working the same playbook.
Finish Strong – Smooth closings come from early prep and steady follow-through.
Whether you’re chasing medals or mortgage approvals, the formula is the same: prepare, compete, and finish strong.
